Equestrio, 3 shows: The Legend of the Knights / Swords and Dungeon / Firemane
Any order by a natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as "the CLIENT") for an Individual Ticket (hereinafter referred to as "TICKET") made on the pages dedicated to the online sale of Individual Tickets on the website http://www.equestrio.fr (administered by YATA!) whose registered office is located at 1, vieux chemin de Paris – 77160 Provins, SIRET number 478378417 00016, (hereinafter referred to as "the Equestrio Company"), is exclusively governed by these general terms and conditions of sale.
The CUSTOMER acknowledges having read these terms and conditions of sale prior to validating their order. Validation of the order constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale without exception by the CUSTOMER.
Equestrio reserves the right to adapt or modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time. In the event of modification, the terms and conditions of sale in effect on the date the order was placed will apply.
ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These general terms and conditions of sale define the contractual provisions between Equestrio and the CLIENT, as well as the conditions applicable to any TICKET order placed on the website http://www.equestrio.fr
ARTICLE 2 – CHARACTERISTICS OF TICKETS OFFERED FOR SALE
The TICKETS offered for sale by the company Equestrio (1 vieux chemin de Paris, 77160 Provins) and subject to these general terms and conditions of sale are as follows:
The show "The Legend of the Knights":
– The full-price adult ticket online,
– The full-price child ticket online,
– Adult ticket, reduced price online,
– The child ticket at the reduced internet price,
– The adult annual pass,
– The annual child pass.
"Swords and Dungeon" Show:
– The full-price adult ticket online,
– The full-price child ticket online,
– Adult ticket, reduced price online,
– The child ticket, reduced price online.
"Fire Mane" Show:
– The adult online ticket,
– The child's internet ticket.
Knights Package: Shows "Swords and Dungeon" and "The Legend of the Knights":
– The adult online ticket,
– The child's internet ticket.
Glimmers of Time Package: Shows "The Legend of the Knights" and "Mane of Fire":
– The adult online ticket,
– The child's internet ticket.
The ticket allows access to shows during their opening hours with last admission 5 minutes before the start time of the show in question throughout the season.
Unless otherwise stated, the total number of TICKETS accumulated per booking per person cannot exceed: 14
Please note: tickets sold by Equestrio do not include entry to major events such as the Provins Medieval Festival or the Provins Harvest Festival. An additional fee will be charged upon entry to the town by the organizers of these events.
ARTICLE 3: TICKET PRICES
Ticket prices are those listed on the website http://www.equestrio.fr at the time of ordering. They are indicated in euros, including VAT. The total price at the time of order confirmation is the final price, including all taxes and handling fees. It is included in the order confirmation email and the order summary. Equestrio reserves the right to modify the prices published on its website. Tickets will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.
The site offers several ticket prices depending on the chosen show or package, as well as the age or status of the ticket holder. Visitors eligible for a reduced rate or free admission must present identification and supporting documentation at the entrance (details of discounts and free admission can be found on the website http://www.equestrio.fr).
ARTICLE 4: ORDER AND VALIDATION
Procedure for purchasing a ticket online:
1. Go to the page: http://www.equestrio.fr
2. Choose the product and click on "reserve".
3. Select the desired TICKET
4. Choose the desired "quantity" of tickets from the drop-down menu and then click "add to cart".
5. To confirm the order, click on "Place my order".
6. A contact details entry form will appear; complete it and click on "Validate your details".
7. A summary displays the purchase details and the amount due. You must accept the terms and conditions by checking the box "By checking this box, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions." Then click on the PayPal icon to the right of the terms and conditions.
8. Once on the payment platform, the order number, the total to pay and the name of the beneficiary are displayed first.
To complete the payment, it is possible to pay via a PayPal account. If the CUSTOMER does not have a PayPal account, click on "Don't have a PayPal account?".
The question then arises:
– The country
– The type of payment
– The name and surname of the “cardholder”
– The “card number”
– The “expiration date”
– The “card verification code” (cryptogram behind the card).
– The postal code
– The city
– The postal address
– The email address
Once the information has been entered, click on "Pay".
If the payment is validated, the order confirmation will be displayed.
9. Subsequently, subject to acceptance of payment by the bank card authorization center, an order confirmation email, as well as the tickets, will be sent to the email address provided.
10. After receiving the confirmation email, print your tickets. Tickets will be checked electronically at the entrance to the show. Each ticket grants the right to one entry only, for the date or period indicated on the ticket.
ARTICLE 5: PAYMENT
5.1 Payment method
The CLIENT pays for TICKETS by credit card via the PayPal website.
As soon as the transaction is completed, the CLIENT has the option of receiving payment details via the confirmation email. Should you not receive this confirmation email within 24 hours, you must contact our administrative department by calling 01 60 67 39 95 or 01 60 58 32 97 or by emailing us at contact@equestrio.fr.
5.2 SITE TERMS OF USE
To use the online sales section of the site and to make any purchase, you must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a contract and use this site in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions.
You are financially responsible for the use of the Site both on your own behalf and on behalf of third parties, including minors, unless you can demonstrate fraudulent use not resulting from any fault or negligence on your part.
You also guarantee the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided by yourself or any other third party using your data on this site.
Fraudulent use of this site's online purchasing service or use that violates these General Terms and Conditions may result in Equestrio refusing to honor fraudulently ordered services and access to the services offered on said site.
ARTICLE 6: ORDER CONFIRMATION
Your TICKET order is only definitively confirmed and binding on Equestrio upon receipt of the email confirming that the order has been successfully validated.
The confirmation email acknowledges receipt of the order and contains the said ticket as an attachment.
ARTICLE 7: OBTAINING TICKETS
Tickets will be delivered with the purchase confirmation email; they must be printed on A4 white paper, and the barcodes and text must be perfectly legible.
ARTICLE 8: CONDITIONS OF USE OF TICKETS
8.1 All tickets are systematically checked upon entry to the site. This check consists of scanning the barcode printed on the ticket (numerical code). The ticket is personal and non-transferable. The ticket must be kept until the end of the visit.
8.2 Only tickets printed on A4 white paper with a barcode and perfectly legible information will be accepted. Any partially printed, soiled, damaged, or illegible ticket will not be accepted.
8.3 Equestrio reserves the right to verify the identity of any person(s) benefiting from a reduced rate or free admission. The following are accepted forms of identification: identity card, passport, or driver's license.
8.4 Any TICKET bearing a reduced rate must be presented with a valid proof of eligibility.
Only the following valid documents are accepted to justify the reduced rate:
an identity card, a passport, a driving licence, a university card, a family record book, a large family card, a Cezam card, a PassTime card, a Proxi CE card.
All free entry must be validated with the presentation of proof of eligibility.
Only the following valid documents are accepted to justify free access:
an identity card, a passport, a driving licence, a family record book, a Ballad Pass 77 card.
8.5 The TICKET is only valid for the performance (date and time of the show) mentioned when ordering
In the event of failure to comply with any of the conditions set out in this article 8, Equestrio reserves the right to refuse access to the show in question.
ARTICLE 9: FRAUDULENT USE
It is strictly forbidden to duplicate or counterfeit a TICKET in any way whatsoever.
Anyone who illegally reproduces a TICKET and/or uses a counterfeit TICKET will be subject to criminal prosecution.
Equestrio will refuse access to the site to any holder of a TICKET with a barcode that has already been scanned, and it is strictly forbidden to transfer your TICKET at a price higher than the price shown on the TICKET.
ARTICLE 10: LOSS AND THEFT OF TICKETS
Equestrio accepts no responsibility for loss or theft of the TICKET(S), including within the premises of the site concerned.
ARTICLE 11: CANCELLATION, REFUND, EXCHANGES
11.1 In accordance with Article L 121-21-8, paragraph 12 of the French Consumer Code, the purchase of a TICKET is not subject to a right of withdrawal. Any TICKET issued cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in the event of cancellation by Equestrio of the service to which the TICKET entitles the holder, under the conditions defined in Article 11.2.
However, exchange or refund is excluded when the cancellation results from a case of force majeure as defined in article 13.
11.2 In the event of cancellation by Equestrio of the service indicated on the TICKET, they will contact the CLIENT as soon as possible to inform them and, if possible, offer to reschedule the service. If rescheduling is not possible, the CLIENT may be reimbursed. The CLIENT must request a refund within three months of the date of cancellation or modification, presenting the valid ticket and their bank details (Bank Account Details), to the exclusion of any other compensation or indemnity, by email to contact@equestrio.fr or by mail addressed to Equestrio SARL, 1 vieux chemin de Paris, 77160 Provins, France.
ARTICLE 12: LIABILITY
12.1. Equestrio shall in no event be held liable for any failure to perform or improper performance of the services to which the TICKETS entitle the holder which is attributable either to the CLIENT, or to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party, or to a case of force majeure as defined in article 13 of these general terms and conditions of sale.
12.2 Except for malfunctions of the website http://www.equestrio.fr which are attributable to it, Equestrio shall not be held responsible for any anomalies which may occur during the ordering, processing, downloading or printing of the TICKET, attributable either to the CLIENT, or to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party unrelated to the service, or to a case of force majeure as defined in article 13 of these general terms and conditions of sale.
ARTICLE 13: FORCE MAJEURE
The CLIENT and Equestrio shall not be held liable for any failure to perform that arises from a case of force majeure. In particular, the following are considered cases of force majeure under French case law: total or partial strikes internal or external to Equestrio, blockages of transportation or supply routes for any reason whatsoever, governmental or legal restrictions, computer failures, and telecommunications outages, including network and internet disruptions.
ARTICLE 14: PERSONAL DATA
When placing an order, the CUSTOMER is asked to provide personal data. This personal data is processed electronically by Equestrio for the purposes of processing and tracking the CUSTOMER's order, managing customer relations, marketing, and statistical analysis for Equestrio. This information and data are also retained for security purposes, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and to allow Equestrio to improve and personalize the services it offers and the information it sends to the CUSTOMER. The recipients of this data are the departments within Equestrio.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your personal data. You may also, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of this data. ARTICLE 15: COOKIES
To facilitate your browsing on the website http://www.equestrio.fr, Equestrio uses cookies. The cookie is used to record information relating to user browsing but does not allow for personal identification.
ARTICLE 16: CUSTOMER SERVICE
For any information or questions regarding the use of the website http://www.equestrio.fr, the conditions of use of TICKETS as well as the terms of ordering, delivery and refund of TICKETS, the CLIENT will make their request to contat@equestrio.fr.
ARTICLE 17: SECURITY
Customers agree to comply fully with the rules and safety instructions displayed at the Equestrio performance venue; in particular, children of any age remain under the full responsibility of their parents, or any other adults who brought these children, throughout the entire Equestrio performance venue.
We remind you that pets are not allowed on the premises of the performance venue.
ARTICLE 18: DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Melun (77) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, after all amicable remedies have been exhausted.
